Returns PolicyReturns & Refunds :- . In accordance with European Council Directive (97/7/EC), with amendment SI 689/2005, effective from 6 April 2005, any cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable) and must be made within 7 business days of receipt to qualify for a refund. . . Only if the goods were not as described, then will we refund postal charges. You are requested to ensure we have the goods within 14 days of your receipt. Goods must be returned with the original packing, and due care must be taken of the goods whilst in your care and in their packing for return posting. We advise you to obtain proof of postage/delivery.

All books come with money back guarantee if not as described and on return of the book within 14 days (please contact by email first, & within 7 days).
Items returned due to "change of mind", "ordered by mistake" or other similar scenarios beyond the fault of Kenago Books will be subject a handling and restocking fee of 15%. In these circumstances postage will not be refunded.
